System Plan

The Reservalue reservation management platform uses a pay-after-use billing model. At the beginning of each month, the system generates a bill based on your usage from the previous month. Under normal circumstances, there is no need for refunds.

If you have already paid and have concerns about the calculated fees and wish to request a refund, please contact our support team via the "Customer Support" link at the bottom of this page. We will respond within two business days.

SMS Credit Top-Up

Refunds are available for purchased SMS credits at a rate of NT$1 per credit. Bonus credits are also refundable. A processing fee of 15% of the remaining credits will be deducted (minimum NT$100).
Example 1: If you have 300 remaining credits and request a refund, since 15% of NT$300 is less than NT$100, the processing fee is NT$100. The refund will be NT$300 - NT$100 = NT$200.
Example 2: If you have 1,200 remaining credits and request a refund, the processing fee is NT$1,200 × 15% = NT$180. The refund will be NT$1,200 - NT$180 = NT$1,020.
