For them, we've given transfer payments a complete upgrade — virtual ATM payment accounts, now supported across NewebPay, PAYUNi, and TapPay.
Every booking gets its own account number
When a customer picks "ATM transfer" at checkout, the system instantly generates a payment account that belongs to that booking alone, sends an email with the bank code, account number, and payment deadline, then takes them back to their reservation page.
Because the account is dedicated, the moment the transfer lands the system knows exactly which booking got paid:
- The payment status updates by itself — no waiting for the customer to report back
- Automatic approval and customer notifications follow right after
- E-invoices are issued automatically, as always
No last-five-digits, no reconciliation spreadsheet — because there is no "reconciliation" step at all.
Easy to find, hard to get wrong
"What was that account number again?" Back on the reservation page, one tap on "view transfer account" brings it up — and staff see the same details on the booking in the admin panel.
And once the booking is paid, refunded, or past its deadline, the account hides itself — so no customer accidentally sends a second transfer.
